MISSION: To improve the quality of life for Harambee residents living near Keefe Avenue.

WHO WE ARE: Keefe Ave Safety Task Force is a program made up of Harambee residents working in coordination with Milwaukee's Community Prosecution Unit - Milwaukee Police Department (District 5), County District Attorney, City Attorney, City Health and Public Works City Department of Neighborhood Services, Riverworks, Safe and Sound and other community stakeholders.

WHAT WE DO:  We meet monthly to address issues related to safety, crime, nuisance properties and neighborhood beautification along Keefe Avenue Corridor and the surrounding neighborhood. We use the principles of CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) in our approach.

WHEN WE MEET: Second Friday of the Month at 4:00pm.
