Our business development specialists provide business coaching and strategic budgeting sessions to help find funding and grant opportunities that fit their needs. Ivory Hills Family Child Care
This month, Riverworks' Business Development HUB wants to highlight Ivory Hills Family Child Care, located at 4300 W Burleigh St. Ivory Hills was started in 2016 as a labor of love by owner, Ms. Tina Weatherall. Ms. Tina, a mother of seven and a grandmother of nine, established her center as a way to honor her late grandchild, Ivory Hill, and to provide quality childcare to her community. Her goal is to ensure that every child in her care is provided with a solid educational base that supports both academic and emotional growth in a comfortable, home-like environment. Ms. Tina spent many years operating out of her home, and, after much hard work, dedication, and some support from Serah Washington at the Business Development HUB, she was able to open her own center in late 2022 - where she now provides full-time care for 12 children, and counting!
