Are you ready for Spring to round the corner? At Riverworks, we sure are! We are geared up to bring the community a bunch of wonderful events this Spring, Summer, and Fall! To kick it off, we have the Harambee NID Annual meeting this weekend, and the 53212Marketplace: Mother's Day Edition right around the corner! The Harambee NID #7 Annual Meeting
The Harambee NID's 2022 Annual Meeting will take place on Saturday, March 12th from 10:00am-12:00pm. The meeting will be held, in person, at the Ebenezer Ministry and Family Worship Center located at 3132 N Dr. MLK Jr. Drive. Learn more about home repair grants and vote for board candidates. If you are a resident or property owner in the NID and are unable to attend the meeting, please be sure to vote online in advance.
53212Marketplace: Mother's Day Edition
Mark your calendars for our latest installment of the 53212Marketplace series! In case you missed it, there was a great turnout at the Holiday Edition back in December with 25 vendors and hundreds of neighbors supporting local businesses and entrepreneurs. We are thrilled to announce that West River Collective will be hosting the market again; it is a beautiful and dynamic space, and you can grab a brew at Amorphic Beer while you shop! This event will have even more local vendors and food options! Watch for a full list of vendors coming soon!
30 Stories for 30 Years: This year marks 30 years of Riverworks Development Corporation's efforts to support residents and businesses in Harambee, Riverwest, and the surrounding communities. We have been honored to be at the table with a great variety of local and national partners and supporters, and look forward to continuing to serve this community with you all for many years to come.
