The form will prompt you to upload certain documents, please have them ready as you are filling out the form.
  • a copy of one or the other: Mortgage Statement or Tax Payment Verification: Copy of tax statement paid in full, or installment agreement
  • a copy of one or the other: Current utility bill or Driver's License or State ID with property address indicated on the license
  • one of each: 1. Income verification: Wage or Income statement, Federal Tax Return 2. Copy of contractor estimate SELECTED with amount 3. Copy of contractor estimate NOT SELECTED with the amount

Our form is served across a  protected Secure Socket Layer connection that uses a SHA256 Certificate. This is the same level of protection used by online banking or e-commerce providers. 
When users upload files using this form, their files are stored on secure servers and only accessible to the Harambee NID Staff and Board of Directors.
We understand that it takes time to gather all the documents required to complete your application, so use the "SAVE" button at the bottom of the form and pick up right where you left off. You will receive an email link allowing you to resume at your convenience. 
After you submit the required documents, you will receive an immediate confirmation email. It will take the Harambee NID staff a few days to process your application and follow-up.
