2020 Harambee NID #7 BOARD
APPLICATION & ELECTION
Every year the the Harambee NID Board is elected to serve a 1 year term. For your application to be considered you must meet the qualifications below:
Qualifications for Board Candidacy:
Must own/reside in property within NID borders
Must be current on property taxes and have no open code violations
Prospective candidates should submit a resume and/or cover letter to the Board of Directors:
If you would like to apply to the 2021 NID Board, please submit your application no later than March 5th.
How to Submit your Application:
If you would like to apply to the 2021 NID Board, please submit your application no later than March 5th. Below are the options on how to fill out and submit your application.
1. Every property owner and resident in the Boundaries of the Harambee NID will be mailed an application form. You can fill it out and mail or drop off the form at the Riverworks Office
2. You may download the PDF on the link below. Applications can be mailed or dropped off at the Riverworks Office, 526 E Concordia Ave, Milwaukee Wi, 53212. You may also fill out the form electronically
3. You may fill the form out electronically. Scroll Down. As you fill out this form, you will have the opportunity to start and save your form, so you can finish when it is convenient for you.
Election Process and Voting
Prospective candidateAll 2021 candidates will present at the Annual Board Meeting on Saturday, March 13 at 10am. The Annual Meeting will stream on Facbook LIVE or can be found on this page, after the meeting.
After all candidates have presented, the voting process will occur. Voting can be done electronically, by fill out the Voting Form on this webpage. The Voting form will go LIVE on Saturday, March 13 and close on Friday, March 19 at 5pm.
Announcement of the 2021 NID Board
After the counting of the votes, the NID Board will be notified personally, and announced on the Newsletter, Social Media and Website.
