WHAT WE DO? Riverworks Development Corporation provides a full range of workforce solutions, including, employment coaching, business process efficiency assessments, workforce system consulting, job search support, and more. Our employment coaching teaches residents HOW to be – and present themselves as – high quality candidates via professional resumes, master applications, cover letters, etc. We provide a paid talent development program to prepare 18-24 year old young professionals for successful, sustained employment, in addition to providing professional development for residents, employees, and business owners/management.
WHO WE SERVE?. Our workforce programming is an asset for both residents and business, alike. For residents, we provide one-on-one and/or group employment coaching to be paired with the available financial coaching through the Financial Clinic and our benefits resources.  For businesses, we provide a multitude of services including job posting, organizational infrastructure consulting, recruitment support, etc.

Professional Development

For those business that are concentrating on the work inside the business but need to build their talent pipeline. 


Our entry level, basic skills talent development program provides 18-24 year old youth with a curriculum to prepare them for long-term employment.  Additionally, our NAP assists Business Improvement Districts, Neighborhood Improvement Districts, and certain neighborhood development initiatives with helping them improve the physical conditions of their target areas through litter clean-up from sidewalks and curbs, reporting vandalism and graffiti, and performing basic landscaping.
