RDC’s workforce development program is designed to move people into jobs and forward into a career. Our workforce development program uses a multi-tiered approached to workforce development in an effort to ensure that Riverworks businesses and area residents are prepared for the challenges and opportunities associated with the shortage of skilled workers that is anticipated to occur over the next several years.
