Center For Family Prosperity

The CFFP provides families with a variety of supportive resources. Named the Center For Family Prosperity because of the comprehensive approach to building the economic health of the entire family, the center’s services will go above and beyond the traditional job service offerings. The CFFP offers financial counseling and asset building training, community connections, public benefits information, and other enriching family services. RDC’s philosophy is that having a job is not synonymous with workforce and career development and that workforce development means providing continuous training and development opportunities and employment that is progressive in skill, responsibility and wages.
