RDC has developed a solid reputation with the business community because of the support and assistance it offers new and existing businesses. Some of these activities include:

• Business Planning
• Helping businesses secure financing for start-ups, expansion, and relocations
• Contract Procurement
• Using government and other resources to solve business problems
• Acting as a liaison between the business and residential community
• Providing human resource functions such as checking references and accepting and screening applications (at the employers request)
