Jezamil joined RDC full time staff after working with the organization through a partnership with Public Allies and AmeriCorps.

She has a Bachelors and Master degree in architecture and over 10 years experience in planning, design, construction and project management. She is an accredited professional in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) that focuses on the improvement of quality of life and environment for individuals and communities.

Her primary focus is on improving the housing infrastructure in the Riverworks target area. This consists of helping property owners and interested home buyers access housing resources through strategic outreach, education, and advocacy. She also supports the Business and Economic Development program and the Riverworks Business Improvement Districts. Her objective is to improve community prosperity and promote a healthy physical environment for both residents and businesses.
