Business and Property Owner Assistance

• Façade Grant Program – The BID will finance 40% of a project’s cost up to $5,000 for improvements made to the exterior of a building or to property (click here for form – print and fax this form to 414.906.9646). • Fencing Improvement Project – This project is designed to provide the look of consistency and further enhance the appearance of the area. The BID paints any chain link fence in the area black to provide a more cohesive appearance.
• Safety and Security Grant Program - The BID will cover 40% of the total cost of a project up to $3,000 for one or a combination of the following: security cameras, exterior lighting, and security assessments. Marketing and Promotions

• Riverworks Capitol Drive Day is held every year to promote the area and thank shoppers for shopping at the retail outlet in the Riverworks Center.
• Holiday decorations and banners are hung to change the physical conditions of the area.
• Riverworks BIDs issue a quarterly newsletter

Public Safety & Appearance

• Graffiti Removal – The BID removes graffiti from Riverworks Center buildings. (click here for graffiti removal form – print and fax this form to 414.906.9646).
• Riverworks Development Corporation’s Public Service Ambassadors street sweep and canvass the area once a week to keep it clean and neat.
