1991    Formed a Partnership with WISPARK LLC to Acquire & Sell former AMC    properties from Chrysler
1992    Acquisition of AMC/ Chrysler Properties (38 Acres)
1992   Northeast Milwaukee Industrial Development Corporation (former name of Riverworks) Created
1992    Employed Christine Fisher as 1st Executive Director
1993   Gained 501(c)(3) Tax-Exempt Status
1993   Leased 18,000 S from Square D for first office housing MATC Microsoft Learning Lab for area employees and "Teaching Factory"
1993   Sold former AMC  building to COMPO Corporation consisting of 145,000 SF on 9 acres on Holton & Nash Streets
1993   Sold 10 acres to Continental Properties for a Builders Square on the SE Corner of Capitol & Richards
1995   Sold 5 acres to Milwaukee Protective Covers (In-Place Machines) for a new 45,000 SF manufacturing plant
1996   Sold 5 acre site on SE Corner of Richards & Vienna to CenterPoint Properties for  115,000 SF metal stampings manufacturer
1997   Created a job training program for metal stamping workers with International Metal Stampings Foundation
1998   Sold 2 acres along RR Tracks to landscaping business
1999   Received the MANDI Solutions Award
2000   Creation of BID #25
2000   Capitol Drive Streetscape Improvements Begin
2000   Sold .5  acres to ALDI along Capitol Drive
2000   Won Major City Gold Award from the International Economic Development Council
2001   Acquired 1 acre from Redevelopment Authority on Melvina & Palmer
2001   MATC Workplace Education Recognition Award
2001   Received the Neighborhood Family Initiative Award for 1990-2000 from the Greater Milwaukee Foundation
2002   Sold 1 acre on SE Corner of Richards & Capitol to Wal-Mart to replace the vacant Builders Square
2003   Developed Riverworks Commons Shopping Center on last 2 acres from AMC properties
2003  Riverworks Cleans Program Created
2004   Name Change to Riverworks Development Corporation
2004   Sold 1 acre to Good will Industries on Melvina and Palmer
2004   Completion of Riverworks Commons Shopping Center
2005   Creation of BID #36
2008   Creation of Financial Opportunity Center
2009   Closed Tax Increment Financing District which created $34.5 of new tax base that generates $840,000 annually of additional taxes to local taxing authorities
2010    Beerline Recreational Trail Project Completed
2011   MANDI Finalist for PNC Trailblazer Award (FOC)
2011   RDC AmeriCorps volunteers recognized by Congresswoman Gwen Moore
2012   Celebrating 20 Years Serving Milwaukee
2012   Completion of Riverworks Lofts Housing Project
2012   Move to 526 E. Concordia Ave.
2013   Began Neighborhood Ambassador Program
2014   Purchased old Lena's Site on Holton
2015   The Beerline Targeted Investment Neighborhood established to provide home rehab products for Harambee residents
2015   Riverworks named a Healthy Neighborhoods Initiative agency by the Greater Milwaukee Foundation
